Find a way to bring hope to someone else. There is a reason to be here and wake up in the morning. Grumbling and complaining corrupts your soul. Nothing on this earth can compete with simply knowing that the Holy Spirit who lives inside you, you will live with forever. There is so much more to life than what we're living.
It's not about us. When Jesus comes to live in us, it's becomes about other people. We have the power to help someone else and give them hope. Don't look for something grandiose. Invest some time into a relationship. Don't be a spectator. Be a news maker, not a news watcher. Reach the ones that are falling through the cracks. Do the things that you can do something about. That can start a change in the community. Break free from the celebrity mindset of what success is. Success is doing what Jesus did.
Jesus did the opposite of what we know as success. Jesus laid down his divine privileges to serve. It's not about the respect of the world. Jesus was falsely accused and he walked through it.Jesus is the answer, not someone else. Jesus focused on a love relationship with others. We don't need grandiose missions to be admired by millions in order to have value. When you find purpose, you're unstoppable. Don't miss what's going on around you. When we are preoccupied, we become a hazard to ourselves and others. Don't invest your frustration into things that are just out of your reach. Do we have things that we can offer to someone else?
